Scope and operator

These terms cover RED System, operated by the RED RolePlay team, including commands, account linking, role synchronization, tickets and moderation features. By using these features, you agree to these terms and the applicable RED RolePlay server rules. Discord has separate terms and community rules.

Eligibility and account responsibility

You must meet Discord’s minimum age and eligibility requirements in your location. Use accounts you own or are authorized to manage, provide accurate information and keep login credentials private.

Access to a bot feature or a verification result does not guarantee whitelist acceptance, a particular role or access to the game. Community rules and account status still apply.

Acceptable use

• Do not spam, harass, impersonate other users, submit fraudulent requests or use the bot to break Discord or RED RolePlay rules.
• Do not exploit the bot, bypass verification or permissions, disrupt its services, or attempt to access another person’s account or private ticket.
• Submit content you are entitled to share. Staff may review ticket content and evidence to handle your request and apply community rules.

Availability and enforcement

Features may change, become unavailable or be interrupted during maintenance or technical incidents. We cannot guarantee continuous availability or error-free results. We may restrict access to protect the community or respond to abuse. Contact support if you believe an action was incorrect.

Using the bot does not itself purchase a store product. Purchases, payment methods and refunds are governed by the separate website store terms.

Privacy and support

The RED System Privacy Policy explains the information processed by the bot, access to ticket records and how to request data access, correction or deletion. Contact the RED RolePlay team using the options below for questions, disputes or support.

Changes and applicable rights

We may update these terms as the service changes. Review the dated version on this page. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. RED System is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord.
