Privacy Policy

How RED System uses information to support the RED RolePlay community.

Last updated:

Who operates the bot

RED System is operated by the RED RolePlay team. This policy covers the Discord bot and its connections to our website and game services. The website has its own privacy policy. RED System is an independent application and is not operated by Discord.

Information we process

  • Discord user, server and channel identifiers, profile names and avatars, membership and roles.
  • Command and form inputs, messages relevant to bot features or moderation, support ticket messages and attachments, ticket participants and open/close history. Closed tickets may be archived for support and review.
  • Linked RED game account identifiers, usernames, character information, MTA serials, whitelist and blacklist status, and staff actions needed for account support and role synchronization.
  • Operational events, error records, activity statistics and voice channel membership events needed to operate the bot.

How information is used

We use this information to handle support tickets and reports, respond to commands, link and manage accounts, synchronize Discord roles, process community requests, apply server rules, investigate abuse and keep services working.

Game IP verification takes place on the website. Your connection IP is obtained from the website request, separately from your Discord profile. Website verification and payment data are covered by the website privacy policy.

Access and sharing

Information is shared between our bot, website and game services when necessary for these functions. Authorized staff can access relevant support and moderation records. Messages posted in public Discord channels remain visible to the people who can access those channels.

Discord and our infrastructure providers process information needed to deliver their services. Discord applies its own privacy policy. We use access controls for internal services and encrypted storage for ticket archives; this does not mean every record is encrypted in the same way.

Retention and deletion

Retention depends on the record: account links and role status support ongoing account features; ticket archives and moderation records support follow-up, disputes and abuse investigations. Operational records may be cleared by their own cleanup processes. There is no single expiry period for every kind of bot data.

You can request access, correction or deletion using the contact options below. We may ask you to verify ownership of the Discord or game account. Some records may need to remain for security, unresolved disputes or applicable obligations; we will explain relevant limits when handling your request. Leaving Discord alone does not automatically delete account or ticket records.

Your choices

Avoid posting passwords, Discord login codes, authentication tokens or unnecessary sensitive information in tickets or bot commands. You can stop interacting with the bot and contact us about your stored information. A server administrator can remove the bot, but removal alone does not automatically erase historical records.

Policy updates

We may update this page when bot features or data practices change. The date below identifies the latest version. Material changes will be communicated through this page or our community support channels.
